You may not use Pactapulse to analyse documents you don't have the right to share, upload malicious files, attempt to reverse-engineer our AI, resell or redistribute our analysis results, or violate any applicable laws.
You retain ownership of any documents you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your documents.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Pactapulse is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated analysis. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.
We may update these terms at any time. We'll notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
