Pactapulse is operated by Surender Singh, based in Berlin, Germany. We provide AI-powered document analysis services at pactapulse.com and via our Chrome browser extension. You can contact us at: privacy@pactapulse.com
When you create an account, we collect your email address and name via Clerk authentication. When you analyse documents, we process the text content of those documents to provide analysis results. We do not store your document files permanently — they are processed and discarded. When you make a payment, Stripe processes your payment information. We never see or store your full card details. Our Chrome extension collects page text from websites you visit to provide privacy scores. This data is processed in real-time and not stored on our servers.
We use your email to authenticate your account and send essential service communications. We use document text solely to provide the analysis you requested — it is not used for training AI models or shared with third parties. We use payment information only to process your subscription. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We process your data based on: (1) Contract performance — to provide the service you signed up for. (2) Legitimate interests — to improve our service and prevent fraud. (3) Consent — for any marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time.
Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@pactapulse.com. Document analysis data is not retained after processing. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@pactapulse.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We use essential cookies for authentication (Clerk) and analytics cookies (if enabled). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Our Chrome extension uses browser local storage to cache privacy scores — this data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
